Sunday Reloaded: The Hitchhiker

The sun was beating down on my back, these corn fields seem to go on forever. I squatted on the ground and mopped my brow.

I'd been on the run for the past couple of days, hiding out in barns and out buildings from deserted farms. It had been an unfortunate accident, during a confidence scam. One of the local hoodlums had got killed, and they'd hung the thing on me.

The cops knew what I could do; get inside other people and hide but they'd figured out a way to protect themselves. All they needed was a sigil tattooed on the inside of their right wrist, and I wouldn't be able to touch them. People were even able to download, and put it on themselves as a temporary one. I tried to jump someone and found that I'd just bounce off them, scared I'd just ran.

It must have been about four in the afternoon where the field came to an end. In front of me was a dirt track--perfectly straight that disappeared into the distance in each direction.

I had no idea where I was, or which direction I should take. Looking at the sun, I could see it beginning to set so decided to go west.

Walking along the dusty track, I'd occasionally look up and down the track in hope to see something. I knew I'd be risking any contact, but to be honest I was really looking for a shower and somewhere to sleep.

I must have walked about five miles, when I saw a dust cloud heading towards me. I stopped and squinted against the sun; a glint caught my eye. As it approached I could see it was a large pickup. I waved my hand as it got closer, and then it pulled up next to me and stopped.

The window buzzed as it slid down, and the cool air from inside felt like a kiss of an angel. "You OK son?" The driver asked. I said nothing as I basked in the fresh breeze emanating from the cab. The driver; a big guy leaned over and opened the door. "You'd better get in before you pass out boy," he chuckled.

The cool air, beckoned me in, and I practically fell into the passenger seat. I pulled the door closed locking out the heat of the day as the window buzzed up again. The guy handed me a bottle of water, which I accepted and gulped down. "Hey, slow down boy there's plenty."

"Thank you Sir," I gasped.

"You're lucky I came across you, this dirt track is hardly ever used. I've just finished my two week survey, and heading back to the city."

"The city?" I repeated, that's the last place I want to visit full of people protected. "Are there any towns you can drop me off on the way?"

"Not really, it's just corn fields and dirt. The office wants me back urgently, couldn't quite figure out why, so I need to get going. Make your mind up kid."

Seanday Short: Fathers Best

I'd been chasing Dominic Frost--a senior at my school--for the past few weeks. I was desperate to become one of the top jocks, and something about him made my heart race whenever I saw him wrestling. Perhaps it was his tight singlet, or his tight ass--I don't know.

All I knew for sure was I wanted to be wrapped up in his skin, take his perfect physique, all his perfect friends and most of all his perfect life.

TGIF: Jerry's Gym, pt 2

by TS Escher

ACT I, SCENE 2: ENTER, LEO

READ PT 1 HERE

Jerry flipped the ‘open’ sign as Evan hung out at the front counter, checking people in. The gym was his now, after all. Evan studied all of the new raw material checking in, practically bathing himself in a pool of potential bodies.

Unbeknownst to them, some would serve as "the muscle." Drug runners that would keep his operation going. And one lucky guy would be his new, permanent home. Someone intimidating. Someone commanding. And more importantly, someone no one would fuck with.

As the day wore on, Jerry kept a weary eye on Evan, unsure of his next move. Passing by a mirror on his way to the locker room, he forced a smile. He was relieved that the overly-trained ginger in the mirror smiled back.

I'm going to get us out of this, he promised his reflection in silence. And Jerry’s gym will belong to us again.

The trouble was, he had no idea how.

“There will be an end to this, you know,” Evan piped up.

Jerry whirled around, facing his new foe.

"We just have to make it through one deal, and we're done. I need your help getting started; then I will let you keep running the gym. Everything will be as it was. Well, almost."

Rolling his eyes, Jerry charged back into the locker room. Evan was not far behind.

TGIF: Maneater

by TS Escher

The world would be better off without humans. No pollution. No war. No country music. Unfortunately, they are also necessary.

While savoring this fleeting thought, I move closer to the welcoming warmth of the lamp. My hands are starting to lose their greenish hue as a resigned sigh bubbles up in my throat.

I have to face facts. Chase is starting to deteriorate, and I will be forced to feed again.

My kind, or more specifically plants of my genus, need two things to survive: humans and light. Distant cousins of the Venus Flytrap, we are carnivores. But instead of flies, we feed on humans. As a result, I live simply. I do not need furniture, food or drink. My only sport is hunting and the occasional human fuck.

Seanday Lunch: Mother's Way

I was surprised when Mrs. Kirkward—my neighbour—called me over as I left the empty house.

She gave me a loving hug, it was nice. I’d missed that.

“How are you holding up Matthew?” She asked.

I forget how many times I’d answered the same question from so many people.

“Oh, OK—I suppose, Mrs. Kirkward” I replied enjoying the feeling of being loved.

“Oh Matthew, you can call me Joanne, please." She added quietly, "I still can’t believe they’re both gone.”

My lip started to tremble as I recalled the past week. I’d lost both mom and dad in a car accident. Now I was alone in the world, and only nineteen.

“Coming through!” Came a call from behind Joanne.

Daniel-her son—pushed past, and I broke the hug and felt a rush of embarrassment.

Seanday Reloaded: What’s up Son?

I walked over and gave Jack a fatherly hug pulling him in close to my heavy chest, but he pushed away.

“What's the matter son?”

Jack looked at me with a suspicious eye, “For a start my Dad never calls me son!”

“Ahh, I guess I should call you Jack then?”

“And he’s never hugged me in my life!” Jack mumbled

“Shit, really screwed it up for you eh?”

“Yeah kinda, took a while to get my dad to drink that stuff you know?”

“Yeah I know, kinda big commitment from me as well pulling on this heavy suit and becoming your dad.”

“I know, but my dad was shit and you got thrown out of your house by your parents. You know my dad would never have let you lived with me, now we’ve fixed both problems.”

Jack looked around and checked no one was around before pulling his dad in giving him a kiss.

Seanday Lunch: Father's Day, pt2

Read the first part here

Damien watched as the teenager, finished forcing himself into the giant. A few minutes later Tom was on his feet and getting dressed.

"So what happens to him now?" Damien asked.

"I'll check into a motel someplace, get out of the gentleman and then restore him. His membership has ended so he'll go back to how he was before."

"Shame," Damien muttered as he followed Tom from the room he grabbed a few tubes of liquid, some orange, others blue.

Seanday Lunch: Father's Day, pt1

Greg leaned back in the club's luxurious leather armchairs and gently rolled the tumbler watching the whisky and ice cubes circle the glass.

"Landed on my feet this time," he said to nobody in particular. It was true, he was a wealthy man--now, not to mention a husband and a father.

The views though the large open doors were breathtaking, the lake and the rolling landscape only relaxed him further. Three weeks ago, his story was something quite different.

I watched as Tony left the station. Walker's body was big, and strong, but it was uncomfortable despite its size. I scanned his mind, even though I'd put him to sleep I was able to extract any information I needed.

He was about 280, maybe even 300lbs, it had been a while since he last weighed himself. He was a powerlifter, his destiny had been cast as soon as the coach had seen him. He'd been successful, many medals to his name, but inevitably it came to the point when he wondered how it would help him in any future career. It was only by chance that he'd stumbled into the police force, it was a small town and as such didn't need a large officer count. When you know people, it's easy to make a place for yourself. Walker moved through the ranks, and ended up being the sergeant with two officers.

His two men or 'boys' as he called them, were both as dumb as rocks, a couple of football jocks. No real education, and now they just provided the 'official' muscle for the department.

Seanday Shorts: Professional Taker, pt2

Read pt1 here

As I made my way back to Garrett's home, his mobile buzzed in my pocket. It was a message, from Duncan, Garrett's boyfriend.

*Working late, don't wait up*

I tapped out a reply drawing on Garrett's feelings, *ok, miss you babe.*

It was kind of a relief; not having to deal with other peoples relationships. But inside I could feel Garrett's disappointment.

When I got back I knew a shower was what I needed. Off came the sweater, the t-shirt. I wriggled out of my shorts and caught sight of Garrett in the mirror.

He was kinda cute. I could understand why Duncan; or Dunc', had fallen for him.

Throwing the vest to the floor, I paused for a moment looking back at the mess I'd made. Sighing, I went back and picked up the clothes. Garrett was whispering in my head; *he's got a thing about tidying up*. I'd usually shut out the voices, but I liked having Garrett around. For once, I was getting a buzz from his excitement, of being controlled. He thought I was his friend Ray, and why should I spoil that thrill for him.

Seanday Shorts: Professional Taker, pt1

I'd just arrived in the town. I had a job to do, the local police had been causing problems, and I'd been employed to smooth their edges.

I took a picture of myself, it helped me remember what I looked like on these assignments. Just because I was a Taker, it didn't mean that I couldn't look after myself. When I wasn't working, I kept out of other people--I grinned at my reflection--mostly, and enjoyed training at the gym.

It's not all fun. Being a handsome fuck, such as I am, I tend to attract attention. So I always slip on a local identity, someone well known--that's always a bonus. That's why I never need to pack much.

Seanday Bear: Under the Ink

"Get the fuck away from me," Rick snarled trying to push himself up.

He was strong, smart and influential--everything I liked in a body. We go back a long way. I first met him when he started to come to the gym, six years ago maybe.

Seanday Treats: Total Marketing

"What's this part?" James asked Andreas as he pointed to some small text in the contract, "I don't understand."

"It's quite simple James, you gave us complete control over the marketing."

"The Instagram account, Facebook and you tell me where to be for the meet and greets."

"Yes, everything. We have professionals that will make sure everything runs smoothly with the 18 month contract you've selected."

"OK, I understand that, but this talks about *a stand in*?"

Andreas shuffled his paperwork, looking a little impatient. "James, you're one of our special clients. There are a lot of up and coming young bodybuilders seeking sponsorships. We saw something in you, that little spark that put you above the others. This is what needs to be cultivated carefully."

"I appreciate that Sir. I've very grateful that you've selected me, but I would just like clarification."

"This team has looked after many big names, you can trust us to ensure your professions and personal lifestyles are managed throughout the term."

Seanday Treats: Second-Skin

"Caption This, 26th December 2015"
Original idea from BodyPlast by Lemapp

The last of what I needed to get away had arrived.

I was a watched man, in deep trouble. They all knew what I looked like, skinny, a cute, young face, wavy blonde hair. Damn, sometimes I hated being so attractive.

I opened the box and studied its contents. It was an upper muscle-suit, thick heavy muscles hung from the garment. I touched the flesh, it was warm and as I moved the sleeves the muscles grew. "This is going to work, I know it!"

I was one of the last in the block, I'd screwed the developers taking money and then not moving. They were pissed and were waiting for me. I'd have left long ago if I'd known it was the mob that owned the building.

Collecting together the other items, I loaded up my bag. As I left the apartment I turned and for a moment wished I hadn't been so stupid. Closing the door I locked it for one final time and went down to the second floor.

From my pocket I pulled out a canister, took a deep breath and knocked on 2C--the last of the other residents. It opened and I was looking into the eyes of Raymond Dezcheckov. He opened his mouth to say something and I sprayed the contents of the can into his face. He gasped and fell into my arms, damn he was heavy.

Seanday Gym: A picture or two

"Fuck it," I muttered, "love these late night sessions at Regan's--best gym ever." I took picture in Instagram and tagged my friend Harry.

While I waited for a reply I opened locker 39 and started to undress. Pulling off the vest, I wiped the sweat from my body; I took a sniff, a strong and potent aroma filled my nostrils. "Fuck I need a shower," I muttered as I removed the remainder of my clothes.

I stood there naked, yet completely confident with my body as Jake left the showers. "Hey Ross, can I borrow your deodorant?"

"Why don't you get some of your own? You're always using mine," I moaned and reached into the locker grabbing the can. I turned and lobbed it at him.

He caught it and grinned. "Because you've always got the good shit, and I like the smell," he replied spraying his whole body. "Hey, is this your usual stuff?"

"Trying something new, what do you think?" My phone buzzed in my locker, "Better late than never," I murmured.

"Dunno, it's got a weird, sweet smell," he replied spraying himself again. "Heads up," Jake called as he returned the can. I caught it giving him a sour look and dropped it in my bag.

Seanday Shorts: My Wingman

It was the last day of school, everyone was looking forward to the short break ahead. Some more than others.

Cameron Huber--the school's quarterback--had a lot to look forward to in particular. As the captain, he'd pushed the team hard, and they'd won the finals.

Cameron was something special, not your typical jock. He was build, strong deep from the core. While others struggled to achieve their physiques, it was evident from an early age this particular jock was going to be naturally big.

Partnered with his athleticism, was a cool head that earned him a place in AP studies. His warm eyes only hinted at Cameron's generous nature. He was a kind and considerate individual that many people liked. Certainly easy to get on with, with many friends.

Then there was me, his complete opposite. Hardly any friends, easily half his weight. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't evil--just a little mischievous wrapped up with a lot of jealousy.

The final bell had gone, and I tailed Cameron to the restrooms. After waiting a few minutes, I walked in.

"Oh hey," Cameron said sounding A little startled. "Thought everyone else had left."

I sighed. "Might as well have."

He looked puzzled, "What's up David? It's the end of school, time's your own." He had a knack for remembering names.

"I've nothing, nothing to do."

His eyebrows creased, "I'm sorry buddy, cheer up. Look I'll call you we can hang out."

A smile crossed my face, "Really?"

"Sure," I replied, but I remembered my plan and a pang of guilt gnawed at my gut.

I watched him head for the door; as he approached, I pushed him hard. He fell against the door--crunch--his head bounced off its surface and I winched as he slid to the ground.

I had two choices, wake up the big guy and apologise or continue with my plan. This was stupid, rolling him over I pulled Cameron into a cubical.

Looking at the sleeping giant I gently touched his face, his beard felt coarse. I turned his head to the left and right, still tormented as to whether I should be doing this--to Cameron of all people.

The guilt shifted again. Then something much stronger crushed it--jealousy.

I'd decided, I wanted to be Cameron, I wanted his massive bear body, be popular and have friends.

I unbuttoned his shirt, lifting his undershirt revealing the fur that covered the slabs of meat that powered his upper body.
This was it; I rubbed my hands and placed an open palm oh his chest. I felt the crunch of his hairs, and his skin warm to my touch.

The change began, I felt a tightness around my waist. With a gasp, I unbuckled my shorts and they dropped to the floor. A familiar queasy feeling rolled in my stomach, and my t-shirt tightened around my torso.

There was a tightness in my neck, and I shrugged my shoulders. Reaching up to my face, I felt stubble scratched my fingertips.
I brought my hand up and peered at it, surprising now thick and strong it was now. The t-shirt protested and I heard threads breaking as I moved.

The warmth I could feel from Cameron was dissipating. Looking down, I smiled. A smile I knew belonged to the real Cameron. He let out a groan and blinked. Slowly his eyes traced their way up my stolen physique. When we came eye to eye, his mouth dropped.

"Sorry buddy, it's not you that's going to be having a fun break it'll be me."

He started to say something, but I pushed hard on his chest. A crack like lightning and Cameron shuddered and relaxed. It was the last phase of my transformation--I'd taken all his memories and experiences and left him as an empty shell.

Excitedly I began to pull off my clothes. I marvelled in the nakedness of my stolen identity, but this just wasn't the place. Taking off Cameron's clothes, I started pull them on. Each item; underwear, shorts, undershirt, and shirt--it made me feel more complete, more Cameron. Finally his chain and cross, I left the cubical and looked at my reflection--a perfect copy.

Returning to the real Cameron, I needed to hide him while I took his place. I knew that the cleaners had been, from now on it'll only be the security that would check the restrooms on their rounds. Now much easily I lifted the empty shell of Cameron over my shoulder, carrying him to a corner of the restroom. Leaning his naked body against the wall I prepared to carry out my final trick. Pushing my hand through his thick hair I held his head. I muttered some words, they dropped off my tongue in a lost language and I released my grip. Cameron's image started to fade, slowly becoming transparent until he'd disappeared entirely.

Admiring my work I reached down and through the air I felt Cameron's body, his hair, and thick beard--he was totally hidden.

I returned to the mirror, this time through illusion, by myself. I smiled Cameron's way, a warming, welcoming smile. Then I heard something, I turned but there was nothing.

There it was again, "I forgive you." Then I realised the voice was coming from inside my head. I'd done this before, but never heard the voice of the person I become.

"I understand," the voice said again, distinctly Cameron.

"Cameron?" I whispered.

"It's just a couple of weeks," I heard the voice again.

"I'm sorry."

"Let's do this together, let me guide you, to be me."

"Sure," I stuttered. This had not happened to me before, I couldn't believe Cameron was not only willing to giving up his body, but also helping me in this way.

Smiling at my reflection I left the restroom with my new wingman for a holiday I was sure to remember.

Seanday Swaps: Another Secret

Richard finished showering and towelled himself off when he noticed a mobile on the countertop. He recognised it instantly, it was his sons.

pic1a

He sighed heavily, James was always leaving stuff around but was rarely parted with his mobile. He picked it up and felt a tingle, and then a spasm raced its away up his arm. He dropped the mobile.

Shaking his head, he finally focused on his reflection. A broad grin drew across his face. Gingerly he reached up and touched the thick heavy pecs that hung from his ample frame. His hands traced their way down his torso feeling the tight abs just below the surface. Turning left and right he studied his physique and sniggered as he flexed a bicep.

He cleared his throat and then spoke, "My name is Richard Mason." He laughed again, "This is totally awesome."

Upgraded!!

How do you fancy a break away from home, work, your life even your body; And on return have a completely new body and outlook on life?

That was the parting comment from my business partner of four years. He was the type who lived it up big style. Partying, vacations, girls even guys on demand. Sure he worked hard for it, we both did. He spent his cash; I invested it. But somehow he had it all. Little did I know of his secret to staying looking, sounding and feeling youthful.

I explained that we couldn't both take a holiday, but he was adamant that it would all be left in very safe hands  and no one would notice any difference. I have to admit a 16 night vacation to Japan sounded bliss right now and was just what the doctor ordered!

Erick Stratton: Masculinity in a Bottle

tumblr_mlc5v0LQvv1r7etpeo1_500

“Masculinity in a Bottle” is how it was sold to me in that strange new shop in the mall. And, at 5’6” with a slight build, no muscle and no body hair to speak of, I figured I could spare the $35, if only to humour the strange old man who was running the shop. I did as he instructed and mixed the small vial with a glass of water before bed. I woke up like this. With muscles. And chest hair. And a beard. For the first time in my life, an actual beard. Everything about me was bigger, stronger, tougher. Whatever was in that vial, I had to have more. The funny thing is, when I went back to the mall, the shop wasn’t there any more. In fact, it was like it hadn’t even been there in the first place.

The Spark

I looked at Wade and rolled my eyes. “I guess, but inside you're still a pussy cat,” I laughed as I slapped his heavy pecs walking to the kitchen.

Wade frowned and trotted after me. “But, I think I kinda look mean,” he whined puffing out his chest. “Don’t you think I look mean?”

"Ok, scare me," I replied. Wade sneered and growled at me. I stifled a laugh as I got myself a beer from his fridge; turning again I looked the giant up and down. “Wade, I’ve seen meaner looking things at the petting zoo,” I chuckled throwing him a beer.

He trudged back to the lounge and dropped onto the couch. "Aww, I just want a little respect. I'm bigger that all the guys I know, but they still walk over me and treat me like I'm nothing," he sighed.

I walked over and sat next to him and put an arm around his shoulder. "Wade, you're a big guy. Biggest guy I know, but you just don't come across as intimidating or threatening, you know?"

He looked up at me from under lowered eyebrows. "I guess, sucks being the nice guy all the time," he replied.

"Wade, you just need to man up a bit. When people first meet you they probably are intimidated by you--I was, but then you open your mouth and give the game away," I explained.

"I just don't have the words," he sighed.

"It's nice to be the good guy, but people will take advantage of you all the time. You'll end up doing things for people because you'll be scared not to, or don't want to upset them."

He nodded solemnly. "Want people to just not be mean to me," he replied.

"You're a worthless piece of meat, pumped full of god knows what--" "But..." "Don't fucking interrupt me you brainless sack of shit." I pulled in close to his face. "You repulse me, you're a whining excuse for a friend," I growled at him.

Wade's eyes popped. "Don't talk like that you're scaring me," he stammered.

My expression softened into a smile. "Sorry Wade, but I just wanted to show you that anyone could do it, even a guy half your size like me. I'm not saying you should be aggressive or anything but just be firm," I explained.

He looked at me with a worried look. "I guess, I don't think I would want to be like that--that was awful," he mumbled.

"You just have to be more confident, you're a nice guy. Has anyone been giving you problems?" I asked cautiously.

I watched him carefully as he rubbed his eye. He was like a big kid sometimes; vulnerable and scared. "It's Colin," he whispered, "he's been treating me bad, embarrassing me in front of my friends." He sagged a little looking defeated, I felt sorry for Wade and wanted to help.

There was a way I could help Wade; I had a trick, a gift--but it was something I'd never told any of my friends about. I discovered I could put a little part of myself in other people, once inside them I became something like a voice to them or I could take control completely.

I tapped his chest. "You know Wade--I can give you something that will help your confidence," I told him with a smile.

"Really? Like a lucky rabbit's foot or something?" he asked.

"No, something more magical than that," I replied. "You trust me right?"

"Yeah, of course I do."

I pinched my thumb and finger together and slowly pulled them apart; a ball of light crackled between the tips of my digits. "You see this Wade," I nodded at the light, "this is part of me, and I want to give it to you. It'll make you stronger, not your muscles but help you out in other ways." I rested a hand on his shoulder balancing the ball of light on my finger tip, slowly I touched it to his forehead and watched as it disappeared below his skin.

My stomach knotted and twisted as my perspective stretched giving me vertigo; like double vision I was able to see Wade and myself but through my friends eyes.

"This feels weird," Wade mumbled getting to his feet as the part of me I put inside his head touched his mind.

*Can you hear me Wade?* I said inside his head, he drew a sharp breath. "Uh-huh," he replied cautiously to the silent voice.

*I don't want you to be scared, but I'm going to take over for a while is that OK?* "I guess," he replied a slight stammer in his voice. I eased myself in taking control of Wade's body, instantly his stance changed taking on a more confident air. I walked to the mirror and tipped my head giving my new reflection a nod.

*Wow! I really look different, like I'm strutting.* It was my turn to hear Wade's silent voice in my borrowed head. "It doesn't take much," I explained, "maybe just a look, see the way I'm standing?" I replied in Wade's own voice.

My perspective twisted again as I disconnected from Wade leaving that piece of me inside, and I found myself looking at Wade from the couch again. "You're looking a lot more confident now," I smiled. He turned and looked at me for a moment; his eyes narrowed and I spotted a glint in his eye, and then it was gone.

He turned and flexed a bicep. "Fuck yeah, just what I needed," Wade replied with a sneer.

"Wade? You OK?"

The uncharacteristic sneer faded to something more familiar. "Yeah, of course," he replied.

I told him I'd see him later at the bar in town, he nodded and showed me to the door. I was a little surprised when he slammed it behind me; he'd usually wave goodbye as I drove away.

---

It was a little after seven when I got to the bar; Wade had changed into a t-shirt and hoody, and gave me a half hearted smile when he saw me. I nodded at Tony and Colin who where sitting opposite.

I took the seat next to Wade, and asked if anyone wanted a drink. "No, it's my round," Colin replied. He threw some notes across the table at Wade. "Go get us some beers monkey boy," Colin laughed.

"Colin you asshole, show some respect will you," I growled.

"Don't worry, I know he's only teasing. Isn't that right Colin," Wade said through gritted teeth.

Colin looked between the two of us. "Yeah, just playing with ya."

"Give me a hand will you buddy," Wade said, his eyes locked on Colin. He glanced at me, and then followed Wade to the bar.

I was talking to Tony for a while, and looked over my shoulder to see why they hadn't returned. Through the window I could see Wade's shadow lit from the light outside. I went to see what the problem was and was shocked to see Wade bearing down on Colin, spitting fury into his face. Colin looked over at me, his face was a white as a sheet. I tugged at Wade's shoulder, he was strong, and I had to use both hands to pull him away. "What the fuck is going on?" I demanded.

"This little fucker, was giving me shit," Wade retorted jabbing at Colin's chest almost knocking him over.

I pulled Colin out of harms way and told him to leave. "What the fuck is going on Wade? This isn't like you at all, you hate bullies."

Wade's eyes narrowed again. "Wade's not calling the shots anymore, I AM! He's weak, it didn't take long to put him in his place," he tapped his forehead. "There are going to be some big changes in his--fuck, my life now. I've got him tied in knots," his face returns to Wade's normal placid expression, "and I can fake him whenever I want," he says in a soft voice, sagging a little.

I took a gulp realising that something had gone wrong when I'd put that little part of me inside Wade. "Let me fix this Wade," I pinched my fingers and they started to glow as I reached for Wade's forehead.

Wade lashed out pushing me away. "Get the fuck away, you're not taking this away from me. You'd better keep away, because I swear I'll not only hurt you but I'll hurt your friend Wade as well."

"You're bluffing," I growled.

He grinned. "Try me," he sneered shouldering me hard before leaving.

I staggered and slumped against the wall. How the fuck did this happen? How could I rescue my friend? A shiver ran down my spine; Wade wasn't the first, what about the other people I'd put a little part of myself in—maybe they’re faking it as well? Had I been putting scraps of the bad parts of me in other people
