Devil of a Deal

I was reading a story late one night on this “Male Transformation” blog that I had been checking out. As I sat there engrossed, I heard the roar of a motorcycle outside. This was normally a pretty quiet neighborhood and bikes were rarely heard here, especially not at midnight, so I went to my window to peer out below.

clip_image002

An eerie light surrounded a lone figure astride a very cool looking machine parked at the curb. The rest of the street was in total darkness just like someone had shone a very bright spotlight in this one place. As my eyes became adjusted to the light I could make out the man. As cool as the bike was, the man was equally as hot dressed in a leather jacket and jeans. He dismounted and started walking towards my front door. I nearly jumped out of my skin when my doorbell rang breaking the silence of the night. Now why would someone like that be coming to my door at this unholy hour?

Guest Post: A Trickster's Tale by Alex Powers

Trickster Picture 1

Josh had been having a rather troublesome day, but this was nothing unusual for him. It never was when you were dating a trickster. The funny thing about Tricksters, is that they can be anywhere, anyone, anytime. In old legend, it is said that if something is too good to be true, walk away. Only now was Josh seeing the wisdom in it.

Josh had always dreamed of being big and strong, much like his 3 older brothers. However, fate had not given him their muscles, or their jock-like confidence. Instead, fate had given him Adam.

Normally Josh would try and hit the gym at late hours of the night. He didn't like being judged by the muscleheads that lurked the machines. Tonight though, there was only one lone trainer. He had dark shaggy hair that was swept to the right. He wore a pair of black work out shorts, but wore no shirt to cover his washboard abs. Josh could already see he was heavily into his workout, seeing his muscles swelling.

His name was Adam. He was kind, polite, and far from anything Josh would have expected. He wasn't typical by any means. He spoke like a gentleman, but looked like a stud. His voice was kind, and yet his intent came through as interested and invested in Josh. After trying to deny Adam's actions, Josh was swept of his feet.

Josh fell quickly, spending every moment with Adam. They worked out together, but also spent time together at home, alone. Josh thought everything was going so perfectly, but there is always a catch. Eventually, Adam revealed his identity, a trickster.

Josh learned that Adam could change his appearance to fit his means. Currently, he was lonely, though he would never say why. After a shocking show of Adam morphing from one man into another, Josh lost himself. He ran away from Adam's apartment with the intent of never returning. He was not going to submit himself to madness.

But Adam followed Josh.

Most Wanted

I knew I was dying but it wasn’t my time I wasn’t ready. The words on my partners lips as she held my head as I slowly and painfully slipped away from physical presence as we know it.

“You can’t go.” she screeched as she sobbed into my chest “its not time, I’m not ready to let you go.”

I was a police man, with great prospects and career opportunities. At only 21 I had an amazing life ahead of me. I was with an amazing girl, we had just got our first place together, we had a baby on the way and were planning to get married in two weeks. Everything I had planned was working out to be true. That was until this sad day when I was shot by a crazed bank robber. He decided it was my time even though I had so much ahead of me. That wasn’t fair and I couldn’t let it happen. It wasn’t my time. But he shot me any way. It was a painful experience and the gun shot hit an important artery to my heart, I had minutes, not hours, there was no time to get me to hospital. I died in the bank where my fiancé worked, in her arms

Guest Post: Becoming a Believer by "Anon".

Pumping bass, screaming girls, and lots of good ole booze: sounds like a normal day out here in New Orleans, huh? Well, unfortunately, the girls are far from being ‘of age,’ and the only ones drinking the booze would be their unfortunate parents with a severe case of buyer’s remorse. What am I talking about? It’s a Justin Bieber concert. You may wonder why a guy like me would be at a J. Biebs concert, and honestly, I’m wondering the same thing. You see, I go to Tulane University for journalism, and I have a job as a writer for the Tulane Hullabaloo, the school newspaper. My editor, Jennifer, assigned me this article, and here I am. A backpage variety article about a bratty teen star.

By the time I left campus, I was around three hours early. Apparently, not early enough, as there were no parking spaces anywhere at the Superdome. I parked a block away. I had my trusty film-guzzling camera, and a notepad & pen in a small satchel I had from home. When I left Minneapolis, my parents effectively disowned me for leaving the state, so we don’t talk much. The drawstring backpack is all I have left of my past, other than discomforting memories. I walk past the security gate, flash my press badge, and saunter over to my seat. Pre-pubescent girls wander aimlessly around the stadium, dazed and only wanting Justin to come out on stage. I was writing down some of my thoughts when a big black guy about my age came to my seat.

“You with the Hullabaloo?” he asked. His muscular arms were inked all the way to his shoulders, which were left uncovered by his sleeveless sweatshirt. He had an off-white snapback that sat just above his brow, covering his shaved head. He reeked of Old Spice and sweat, as his face and hands glistened with tiny drops of both.

“Yeah, I’m Jake Brackensick. You must be De’Andre?” He smiled a pristine white grin and replied, “The very same, bruthah. Listen, your boss called. She got’chu a backstage pass. You can interview Justin after the show. I’ll come and get you, jus’ wait here afterwards.” Surprised that Jenn could get me something like a backstage pass, I just nodded like an idiot. De’Andre smiled, and walked off.

Just Hold On, We're Going Home - Part 1

Another Black History Month was coming to a close, and as part of his annual tradition, Mr. Smith was forcing all of his creative writing classes to compose an essay on influential Black figures. Instead of assigning us our persons, Smith decided to let us choose. It was nearing the end of the month, but I still hadn’t started. Mr. Smith asked our class for an update during fourth period, and it didn’t go so well for me. He forced me to stay after class to chat with him.

“What’s going on Austin? Why haven’t you begun your essay?”
“I’m having a hard time seeing the worth of this annual assignment.” I lied. Truth was, I didn’t give two squirts of piss about it. Much less about writing.

“That’s too bad. I was hoping that a guy like you would find my twist on the assignment this year fun.”

“No offense to you, sir,” I began, trying to hold composure, brushing some of my long dark hair from my eyes and crossing my feet with my well worn black high-top chucks, “I just don’t care.”

“Why not?”

“I’ve done this assignment every year since 9th grade. This is my last year. Every year, you seem to want to give me the same grade.” He raised one of his bushy eyebrows. Mr. Smith was a medium-sized light-skinned black dude in his mid/late twenties. You could tell he was the thoughtful, quiet type of guy. He went to a good school, took some good classes with some, no doubt, amazing professors and wanted to come to this suburban high school in nowhere Iowa to help us gain what he always calls a “color consciousness.”
“But this assignment is so much more, Austin.”

“What? Write a journal daily about your experiences as that person?”
“It’s already the 18th. Have you even made an entry?”

“How can I, when I haven’t even chosen a person?”

“Surely there has to be someone you have an interest in. The assignment is so open ended, I’m practically allowing you to BE anyone you have a fleeting interest in.”

“Look, can’t I just revise my MLK essay from last year and have you read over it?”

Mr. Smith looked disappointed at my apathy. I noticed the latest Rolling Stone magazine on his desk. “Hey,” I said trying to change the subject “I see you’ve got the latest issue from last week.”
“Yea, it’s a shame about that issue.”

“Oh, you mean Seymour-Hoffman’s death?”

He looked quizzically at me for a moment then snapped back. “Oh yes, that too of course.”

“What else is there?”

“The issue to which I was referring was Drake.”

“You’re upset he isn’t on the cover?” Mr. Smith could detect my confusion.

“’Drizzy’ was a little perturbed when they decided to replace his week on the cover with Hoffman’s.”

I let out a ‘psssh’ under my breath.

“Hmmm.. Why don’t you do an exposé on him?”

“Drake? What does he have to do with influential Black people?”

“I don’t know, why don’t you tell me?”

“Hahah. So you’re saying that you’ll let me write a couple of journal entries as Drake, and I’ll pass?”

“Yes. But I want them to be good, of course.”

I held out my hand. My long-sleeved black shirt was so baggy on me, that I had to pull my hand from my sleeve. “Mister, you have yourself a deal,” I said, as I shook his hand up and down, my spiked bracelet make clanking sounds. “This is going to be so damn easy.”

Suddenly, Mr. Smith’s eyes seemed to glow, and I felt a jolt go through his hand into my body.

“Oh Great Spirit, help me not to judge until I’ve walked a mile in my brother’s moccasins,” He said eerily, as the handshake ended.

“OooooKk… You have a good night man,” I said, as I walked out, a little unnerved by his coy smirk.

“You too, but make sure that you don’t work too hard.”

“I won’t,” I called back, as I walked away.

As I walked down the hall, I started to feel nauseous. I pulled into the boys’ room to take a leak and splash some water on my face. As I looked at myself in the mirror, my face seemed… different. Like there was stubble. Can’t be. I went to the urinal and unzipped my cock, and that’s when I almost screamed... This wasn’t my dick!

First off, my cock was now few inches longer and had hair all around it. And it was a beautiful almond brown. I touched it with a hand that didn’t resemble the freckled pale hand that I was used to for the past 17 years. My fingernails were clipped shorter and my hand seemed a little bigger also. “What the hell man?” I said… but it wasn’t in my typical voice… it was almost… like Drake’s voice?

Suddenly, all my long shaggy dark brown hair fell out. Some of it brushed my new cock as it hit the floor. My scalp itched and when I felt up there, I noticed that my hair had somehow reshaped and was short- like a buzzcut. My face itched and my body contorted – I stood there with my pants down and watched as everything about me was changing. It felt… good. I was feeling good and confident about who I was becoming. New memories filled my head- I went to the bathroom mirror to watch my transformation finish.
Sure enough, Drizzy was staring back at me. For some reason, I didn’t mind it. Just as quickly as my transformation happened, a new reality was contorting around me. My clothes changed and I was wearing expensive stylish form fitting apparel – something that lame ass Austin wouldn’t have the confidence to sport. As Drake, I was feeling a sense of my ego I had never felt before, and I liked it a lot. I was proud of this feeling, this body. It’s going to be so easy to get accustomed to this…

Feeling a vibration, I took out my new cell phone. It was Tuesday, February 18. I was at the back of a hot club, and my bodyguard was calling me, telling me to get my ass back to the limo. It was going to be a long night of preparing for my next OVO concert. Even though it’s still a couple months away, I got some moves to finalize. Not to mention, I need to write in this kid Austin's journal. Something tells me Mr. Smith is going to like what he gets at the end of the month. Or maybe sooner...

Jeremy

“Jeremy, remember to be home by the time I get back from work.”

“Ah gee Mom. I’ll remember.” Jeremy had all he could do to contain himself. His neighbor Sam was taking him someplace special today.

“All right, honey. Have a good time.” Jeremy’s mom knew he looked forward to spending time with Sam. Jeremy had never had a dad in his life, which meant he really needed someone he could look up to and have as a father figure. Sam, at twenty six, fit the bill nicely. He was reliable and would look after her son while she worked to support the family.

Jeremy was already out the door and racing towards Sam’s place. He didn’t fit in with his high school freshmen peers and was somewhat of a loner, isolated because he was the class runt.

“So you really want to be like me, Jeremy?” Sam always greeted the boy this way since the day he had blurted out his secret fantasy to be like Sam. He was quite the stud, standing at 6’1 and very well built, the epitome of everything Jeremy ever wanted to be. He was flattered Jeremy thought so much of him.

“Yes, sir, Mr. Adams I sure do. I wish I could be big and strong like you.” Jeremy idolized Sam. He could talk with Sam about anything and he wouldn’t treat him like some little kid who didn’t know anything. Besides, Sam looked so cool on his motorcycle.

“Follow me.” Sam led Jeremy to the kitchen, placing his hands on the boy’s shoulders.

Ok, as DISQUS appears to have removed the voting and replaced with a 'favourites' button I've searched the Interweb and thankfully found a rating widget which allows the person to remain anonymous.

It looks like this, and you can find it at the bottom of each post.

Seanday bonus: Brought to you by G-Man. PUNISHMENT!

So Since Sean is taking his sabbatical, I thought it would be nice to support him and come out of hiding myself and publish a quick Seanday Bonus just for you lucky lot… ENJOY

but first a little comment of my own!
I’ve seen the comments between you (the readers) and Sean. And i have to say i agree with Sean – i think its why I haven’t bothered posting for so long – it feels like there is no support out there. Obviously as writers we communicate and give each other feedback, but its nice to get a third persons prospective. Feedback – even the negative side of it can be constructive. So please give the stories a like or even a comment – we are not easily hurt…

When Katie came to me asking me to punish Jamie for his recent naughtiness with a previous girlfriend she told me that she wanted to punish him without her actually knowing what had been done. She knew I had the ability to trade peoples bodies or make amendments to them so she knew it would be along those lines, however, she didn’t want to know what I would do.

“Jamie, as punishment for your recent crime against Katie I hereby sentence you to 12 months away from your own body and life; You are sentenced to become someone else who’s life is much worse than your own but has done similar crimes.” I told him.

Seanday Break: Bye for Now

tumblr_n00omyFrpS1rs4ej4o1_1280

I was ready.

Mason was an easy catch. He was half asleep when I came across him in the park slouched on a bench. With a concerned look on my face I put an arm around him and pushed a thumb into his neck.

He groaned under his breath, and I knew he was mine. Pulling him to his feet I helped him to the restrooms. He staggered a little and I rested a hand on his stomach and felt his tight abs through his t-shirt.
