Myles had been invited to the Ski Lodge with his mates, trouble was he’d never skied in his life. He’d spent a lot of time getting in with this crowd and he didn’t want to screw it up.
He thought about it a long time before approaching is younger brother who spent most of his life on a skateboard during the summer, and on the slopes during the winter; although he was only 17 years old the kid had talent which was more than Myles had! But as they spoke Myles came up with an idea.
Myles slipped Olly a ticket and a couple of days later they met up a the lodge in Olly’s room. Although there was 3 years between the brothers, they were about the same height.
Downstairs the guy were waiting, Myles had said he’d forgotten his gloves but had gone to Olly room. Inside Olly stood there with just his boxers on, he was waiting.
Quickly Myles stripped down to his boxers as Olly pulled on his brothers clothes; “thanks for helping me out Bro”, Olly smiled looking up from underneath a thick mop of black hair.
Myles walked over to the bed and picked up the mask pulling it into shape, looking into the empty blue eyes; “Wow, these are good aren’t they?” as he threw it to Olly.
Pushing his thick mop out of his eyes Olly pulled the mask over his head as he walked over to Myles. His older brother looked into the eyes of his new twin, smoothing and sealing the mask in place.
“Thanks for helping me out bro” Myles said, “No problem, but you’d better get dressed I’ve arranged a surprise for you” replied Olly as he left to meet up with Myles’s friends.
Myles got dressed in his brothers clothes, topping it with a purple v-neck sweater. Picking up the second mask Myles looked into the empty hazel eyes of his brothers mask pushing back the long hair.
Standing at the mirror Myles pulled it over his head, bringing life to Olly’s empty soulless eyes, he smiled as he tussled his hair letting it drop over his eyes.
Suddenly there was a knock at the door, Myles checked his reflection and opened the door.
“C..Claire” Myles stammered, it was Olly’s girlfriend. “Oh Olly, I’ve been so excited, when you called me yesterday and told me to meet you here for a long weekend I couldn’t believe it” she cooed.
A smile came to his face as he saw Myles walk behind Claire in the corridor with a big smile and a thumbs up – at least he wouldn’t be bored whilst by bro’ was out with his mates.
