Still Doin’ OK?

 
“You still doin’ ok inside of there?” Chuck asked, placing an arm around his boyfriend’s shoulder.

“Yeah,” said Jason, turning his head, “Still getting used to some things, but at least it doesn’t really feel like I’m wearing a suit any more. A lot of things are just starting to feel more natural.”

“Well I can tell you’re still getting comfortable in this skin, but it looks great on you, and you’ve been doing a really good job, babe. Don’t think anybody’s had any question that anything’s out of place,” said Chuck, “Plus, knowing that the guy I truly love is inside of there inside of the cheating, lying asshole that Pete used to be is like a dream come true.”

“Thanks, babe,” Jason smiled, “God, it feels great calling you that!”

“Feels great hearing you call me that,” Chuck said, leaning in and giving his boyfriend a rough kiss on the lips, “Now let’s hit the showers and get back home. I can’t wait to show you a few more ways that me and Pete used to like to have fun!”
