Seanday Massacre 1/6: Gym Membership

Derek smiled. "I can't believe this. How is this even possible?"

"Anything is possible if you try hard enough," Raymond replied taking a picture.

Derek rubbed his abs, and they responded by tightening to show even more definition. "But, it just feels so wrong. I mean--"

Raymond reached around cupping Derek's hand and placed it on Derek's pecs. "Enjoy it, there's no going back now. I missed you so much, and I know you felt the same."

Derek smirked. "And the bitch won't be able to tell?"

"That's up to you," Raymond replied. "It'll take about an hour for you to pickup up his memories."

"Sweet, You've no idea how much this means to me."

"It wasn't easy, had to be friends with Derek. Used to hate his guts."

"He's your brother," Derek said.

"Step-brother," Raymond corrected him. "Still I think it'll be easier to get on with him now, perhaps we'll move out and get a place of our own."

"I like the idea."

"We've got an hour before your ready to head back home. We should hit the showers, like old times Dad."

"You'd better call me Derek son."

  2. (Blush). Thanks ShadowFox. I've always thought it was better to take the reader down a trail, show and hint what might be going on and allow their own minds to embellish the story to achieve the most enjoyment themselves. Does that make sense?

  3. totally! i've heard that's the best kind of writing. they say that writers can never beat the pictures in their readers minds. you let the characters and their actions talk for you about what's going on. that';s whats so cool about your stuff. imo its only getting better :D
