Voting Test - Done Thanks Guys!
Update:
I thought there was a problem with the voting system, but with the help of you guys I've actually found out that people just weren't voting :(
Thank you for testing the system for me, and I hope you've discovered it's quite easy to 'just click' once you've read the story. Seriously, the voting is important to the authors as we are able to gauge how well the story was received, and tailor it better to the readers interests - so we all benefit really. The voting buttons were added for the people that don't want to post any comments, it's all anonymous.

Can you click on the 'Awesome' button [only] please.

ReplyDeleteIf you're creating art for feedback then I would suggest you're doing it for the wrong reasons a you will never be happy. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a tricky balance. I know from experience that you can spend a lot of time (hours, perhaps days) working on a story and then you post it and there are hardly any votes (either way) or no comments.
DeleteIt can be very disheartening, some even give up which is a shame.
Using the voting buttons is the minimum any reader can give in the way of appreciation for the authors work.
I would second that all comments and votes are greatly appreciated even if/ when they are negative.
